International students at St. Croix Lutheran experience a broad interaction of cultures in daily life and through organized programming. Many students have the chance to live in the same room with a student from America or may be paired with a roommate from a different country or continent. A variety of orientation games helps students gain a better understanding of conversational English while developing close friendships with other students of similar ages. Designed cultural experiences and a cross-cultural mentoring program enable international students to find success inside and outside of the classroom. International students also have opportunities to share their own cultural background by presenting to school groups and showing friends the unique and interesting aspects of life at home.

Join a community of lifelong learners where talents are developed in the classroom, on the athletic fields, and in the concert hall to become productive citizens and leaders in an increasingly global society.

“St. Croix is a great school because they care about students. They provided me with a caring community and a support system which I desperately needed because I was far from my home and family.”  Daniel Yan, 1999 SCLHS Valedictorian, Cornell University, Senior Business Executive at Capital One.
