We do supervise our students 7/24 with our regional coordinators as well as our English host families. Group Sizes Catered For

Minimum 10 people we may accept and there is no limit for the number of participants thanks to our MICE & Congress operational knowledge base. Fewer than 10 people requires extra tasks which we are happy to fulfil via private request. Please just ask us.

Materials, Resources & Information Provided

Due to the strong relationship with the service providers as well as educational institutions, we do provide national and international curriculum, supplementary hard and soft copy materials on demand for our groups. Tourope UK can provide sample materials and worksheets before visiting the venues. We mainly rely on the latest technology to deliver relevant information to our teachers, students and visitors. We act as a link between the teachers and the service providers to gather the most updated and trustworthy source of information for the selected majors and themes.

Photography, Filming & Audio Restrictions

We don’t have any restrictions about photography or filming, however, we do pay great attention about the personal rights of our students / teachers / visitors before we film or take photos of our group of people. Written statements are required from the legal parents or guardian if there will be no photography or filming during our tours. Our creative media agent may gladly blur the faces or images or take that part out from the picture.

Risk Assessment Details

We do provide risk assessments for possible occasions under Liability protection plan. A written and digital version of an information pack is delivered to the group leaders prior of their arrival to their destination. Also risk Assessments and, where appropriate, follow-up Action Plans are carried out by the Lead Persons on an annual basis.

Pricing Information

Our pricing structure is based on the number of group travelers. Our programs start as little as 10 GBP in London as an administration fee of some free activities in London. The cost of a typical and very common day tour packages and guidance services in London varies between 25 and 75 GBP depends on the tour itinerary. Our homestay packages including 15 hours of English as a second language lessons as well as touring services in London starts from 150 GBP to 300 GBP depends on the number of nights and prescheduled activities in the city. As a policy of integrity and reliability, no hidden costs are involved, and we do clarify the inclusions and exclusions at the very beginning of the procedure.

We are a group leader and teacher friendly corporate. We do support the teachers and instructors for their kind effort to keep their kids active and well educated. Therefore, we provide free placements and package of travel services for the group leaders and chaperons of every paying students of 10. Furthermore, our various extensive award & commission plans encourage the group leaders to form their study groups to get most of the learn & fun activities throughout the U.K. and rest of the world. Clothing Requirements

No, there is no dress code or specific clothing required unless the destination requires specific clothing or necessary habiliment such as ski suits and helmets in our various ski programs or wearing helmets while having the tour in Fan Bay Deep Shelter in the White Cliffs of Dover. We do apply risk assessment protocol for specific destinations and clothing is also one of the parts of this assessment scheme. Extra information will be provided before launching the tour for the teachers, group leaders and the chaperons.

First Aid Information

We do encourage and prioritize the group leaders, teachers and chaperons trained and qualified on first aid training scheme in their current carrier. Some of our member staff is also ready to provide first aid in case of an emergency.

Available Facilities

Facilities depend on the destination of the travel, however, we do prefer and select the services offering higher standards, quality, hygiene, fresh products, spacious and well ventilated areas of study and work. Pocket money is the essential part of the tours for the services that doesn’t included in the tour. In some of our programs we do offer packed lunches or snack packs on the go in order to balance and maintain the program in a certain time frame.

Accessibility & Disabled Facilities

If one of the group members is disabled, then we select DDA compatible and SEN staff qualified venues for our tour programs. We select wheelchair accessible vehicles and utilize proposed protocols for wheelchair users. Some of our houses are equipped and designed for wheelchair users and it depends on the availability and the duration of the stay. For further information please contact us.

Opening Hours & Information

Our office is available between Monday to Friday between 9 am to 5 pm. For the weekend and out of hours we communicate with our community and business partners via e-mails, mobile phones, other alternative social channels. In an emergency our mobile phones are accessible at 7/24.
